Home delivery for families with children in the boston public school system

Lifeboat is providing home deliveries to families with children in the Boston Public School System. Lifeboat works directly with schools to identify families in need that are not able to make it to our distribution site due to various reasons (e.g., health issues, transportation issues, etc.).

Care KIts for the Homeless

Lifeboat is producing 360 care kits for the homeless. These kits contain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE- masks and gloves), hand sanitizer, new t-shirts, socks, underwear and several personal hygiene items. Using funds from individual contributors as well as a substantial contribution from the City of Boston (Boston Resiliency Fund), Lifeboat will be able to help ensure that our homeless neighbors have important supplies to get them through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Clothing Distribution

Gently used clothing for men, women, and children is available in our clothing outlet.
